Geweldig! Aardig personeel. Mooi ingerichte kamers.
Third time that I came in the salon. The hot stone massage was super as was the pedicure. Jitty is wonderful. I always feel like a different person when I leave the salon. Thank you!

Fijne ervaring! Kundige en prettige massage, met zorg uitgevoerd en precies zoals in Thailand. Ook de pedicure was goed, er werd ruim de tijd genomen door de vriendelijke eigenares. De sfeer in de salon is alsof je even in Thailand bent: een minivakantie. Ik kom zeker terug.
The salon is lovely and smells amazing. Jitty, the owner, is a lovely woman. There are a few things I think could improve, however. 1. Don't tell me that you have another customer soon after me because you couldn't manage your booking. I booked a time and I expected to receive the time allocated to me. 2. The service description for a basic manicure (because I do not want colours on my nails, just want them nicely trimmed and cuticles taken care of) includes a hand massage. This was not the case. She put some oil on my hands and rubbed them in and that was it. It wasn't a real massage. 3. She told me half way through the manicure that she was not going to trim my cuticles because she said the more you trim, the more you have to trim. I have 20 years of manicure experience (I kept my last manicurist for over 10 years and only changed because I left the country) and I am aware of the fact that the more you trim, the more you need to trim. The only problem is that I like my manicure kept really neat and that means pushing and trimming the skin there. So now I still have messy looking nails. 4. Although I don't like colours, I do like my nails shiny. When she finished, she wasn't going to put anything on my nails at all, until I hesitated and then as an after-thought, she asked me if I wanted some nail harderner on... again, in my opinion, this should be standard. I don't like to make a fuss while receiving a service, so I didn't say anything at the time, but I did know there and then that I would not return. Having a manicure is pretty much the only time I have to myself as a busy full time working person and a mother to two children. So it is really disappointing I did not get what I thought I would.
