This is a really cute salon, but first impression are lasting. It was more important for the owner to get to a party than it was to ensure that their first time customer was satisfied. When a client walks out of a salon they are a representation of the work product of that salon regardless of their hair type. So, it would be in the best interest of the owner of this salon, if he is going to offer services for black hair to look at black women hair magazines, YouTube clips, blogs, or just pictures of Michelle Obama to get an idea black hair styles, and to understand the way he was about to let me walk out of his salon was completely unacceptable.
