Had a great experience in the salon. The lady was very friendly and considerate. They did a great job on my pedicure and eyelash extension. It’s definitely my new favorite salon in Amsterdam.

Very very rude. Was upset that I booked through TREATWELL instead of calling her salon directly. However, when you try to make an appointment on her website, the only option is through TREATWELL. She then proceeded to tell me how she doesn’t make any money when someone books through TREATWELL as they take 35%. She only wants first time customers to use that will come back again, not visitors / tourists. She should clarify that on her website. Not a way to conduct business.

Good experience! I had a nail injury and Anita kept trying to hide it and was willing to change the color altogether which was very kind!
