Not a great experience. Pricing was not very clear on Treatwell, however the owner did let me know it would be an extra €10 for nail polish with a manicure when I walked in. The person doing my nails changed 3 times throughout my manicure and as a result the almond shape I wanted became oval. Not very happy.

The full prices aren't online. They start your nails before you can discuss what you want and try to upcharge you as much as possible. They started a walk in while still working on my nails, making me move chairs with no help. Another client had to move all of my stuff for me since my nails were wet, and they didn't even get up. For context, I had one hand with gel and one with normal, and they charged me 35 euro for removal and a "manicure" even though I walked in and said I just want polish.
