The first experience was just okay I would say. The stylist was busy at the time of my arrival so his wife or assistant (I suppose) took care of me. The communication was rather difficult cause she did not speak English at all. The haircut was decent but if you cannot express yourself then any haircut will not meet your expectations. I paid extra for washing as well, but never received the service. It is not something negative since it was hard to communicate and ask for it.
