The salon is buzzing, it seems like no one knows what to do and which customer needs what. I wasn't assigned to a stylist until I had my hair washed and set in the chair for 5 minutes. I wasn't asked how I wanted my hair styled, other than straight or curly. It feels like this place is a machine, there's nothing personal in here.

The prices for eyebrow & lip threading are great but they don't always do what I ask. Time and time again I say to NOT make my eyebrows too thin and to just clean it up but they always do the opposite. It's not horrible, it's just not what I asked for. They can also be quite rough, which makes it very unpleasant. Lip threading is fine.

Vooral de prijs kwaliteit is opvallend goed. Ik ben met super mooi gekleurd, geknipt en gestyled haar de deur uit gegaan. Ik ga er zeker terug!

Mijn haar is prachtig geverfd in balayage, ziet er echt geweldig uit. Daarnaast nog in model geföhnd en dat hebben ze ook echt top gedaan!
