Hair cut appointment was less then 30min with washing and drying. No conditioner was applied while washing. Floor was full of hair and no place to put my purse or my glasses on for the time of the haircut. I showed the Hairdresser my photo, and the length I wanted, mentioned that I have curly hair, and she gave my bob kind of cut which completely killed my curls. Hair were to long on the top and cut to zero on the neck... terrible.
