Te lange wachttijden, komen afspraken niet na. slechte Klantenservice, afgeraffelde nagels, snel nagelijk eraf na paar dagen en moest ook nog veel betalen voor de correctie.

My appointment was for 09:25, They were only ready for me at 09:55. The studio was full of clutter, and a dirty coffee cup sitting on the table that I was at.
Quan was very distracted, on his phone for a lot of the time, pausing to send messages and just in general not paying attention. He didn't do any cuticle work, filed my nails so rough that it started to hurt.
Charged me 15 euro more than what it says on Treatwell, and one of my nails have already broken... Will not return.

Came for a refill with two nails that needed to be done new. They were very rough with my nails, going back and forth with the drill and breaking two of my nails in the process. They then charged me extra not only for the two empty nails I came with, but also the two that they broke. My nails at the end were uneven and the nails of the ones that needed to be done new hurt for the rest of the day. Not coming back...
