I specifically booked my appointment with Kim after researching what salon to book. It really perturbs me when I’m handed off to someone else without any acknowledgment, especially when I read other negative reviews of the other worker not putting in much care and attention. The treatment was a bit haphazard and he sanded off too much of my nails.

Every time I wait a long time to be seen and then it takes a very long time for the treatment. All this can be forgiven and understood but I’m really not happy this time. The technician made my thumb nail extensions abnormally long and large to the point that you can only laugh at it. Today I went to another salon and they told me every nail was a different length and the acrylic was done so badly that under my nail was yellow because of trapped air and could turn to fungus if it wasn’t removed!
