I arrived right on time for my appointment but was kept waiting for half an hour. My appointment was for a BIAB manicure refill - unfortunately it was done in a very sloppy way and by the time I walked out of the salon my nails already looked matte. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience for me, I will not be going here again.

Anna is always such a ray of sunshine coming in to the salon and above that super professional. My nails look amazing and stay put for the full four weeks until my next appointment! Highly recommend
