It was my first and last time here. Thao didn’t communicate in a friendly way, which made the experience uncomfortable. I asked to shorten my nails just a little, but she cut them too short and uneven. The polish also had visible marks, so the result didn’t look neat. On top of that, she tried to charge extra for things that didn’t make sense. For what I paid, the service was not worth it. I left disappointed and honestly would have preferred to keep my natural nails.
