I usually have great experience with all the wax specialists in Ladywax. There was only 1 problematic specialist called Oksana, she had a terrible attitude with customers all the time. Being rude and mean on purpose. So I had stopped going to Ladywax just not to come across her poor service, but I learned that she no longer works there. Hence started going back to Ladywax to enjoy a hygienic and careful wax service.
