Initially not the Brazilian wax used but normal wax instead. When I ask from the employee to use the Brazilian wax- thus the treatment I paid for- I understood my mistake !!! she had no experience of how to use it. The feeling was like my skin was constantly pulled and I had pain for 2 days afterwards.
