Zeer fijne behandeling, medewerkster stelde me geheel op mijn gemak!

I accommodated the request to have my appointment earlier only to then have it cancelled because I was 5 mins late. I was not very happy. It was probably not the fault of the individual staff member but I felt she was being inflexible because I normally take less time for treatment than scheduled. I had the impression that because on this occasion I had only booked one treatment it was not worth the time. Disappointing
