I did not get the shape & styling I was aiming for. The haircut I got was way, way too short, my receding lines being clearly visible, inadvertently. No finishing and cleanup with a razor around the neck at the end. When I checked at home, the removed hair was not properly cleaned up at the end, leaving an untidy appearance. Overall a mediocre barber shop style experience (boxy, generic haircut), at hair salon prices. Last time around Iris did a good job, though.
