In general nice experience, but there were a few issues which made my experience not-so-good: 1. Advertisement with speech during relaxing music 2. Noisy squeezing sounds when the cream/shampoo gets out from the tubes/bottles. It could be better to prepare products in some small bowls in advance or use other bottles/tubes. The problem sounds a bit overblown, but imagine this "squeeze" right near your ear. 3. Master's long nails were noticeable, especially during hand massage.
