Lana is een zeer vriendelijke lieve dame die haar uiterste best doet om mij te helpen met het verwijderen/laseren van mijn tatoo Dit doet zij op een hele professionele wijze en ik voel me erg op mijn gemak bij Lana. We kletsen altijd veel want dan voel ik minder pijn. Ook geeft zij mij voor af hand en crème die een beetje de huid verdoofd en ijs. Zo kan ik het toch goed doorstaan
