The receptionist was really nice & Lana also nice and the 1st tattoo removal session went smooth & easy. Already booked my 2nd appointment. Recomend.

A little chaotic because the cryo apparatus was broken but the girl on duty was very kind and called me as some as everything was working again. Treatment itself was good. Now waiting for the results
