Geen ontspannen sfeer door al de onrust en harde gepraat boven je gezicht. Ik moest 25 min wachten op m’n afspraak. Er werd niet gevraagd wat voor krul of wimper wilde. Uiteindelijk niet de set gekregen die ik wilde/verwachten.
