I arrived about 20 mins early to my morning appointment, but the main door to their salon was closed. I tried ringing the bell 3x but no one answered, then again there was only 1 nail tech and she was with a client at that time, so I just waited outside. About 10 mins in, that's when she opened the main door to let me into the building.
I waited and was seen by a different nail tech a few mins past my appointment time. Thankfully, I was in no rush so didn't mind it.
