Nails filed so thin and cuticles cut to bleed. Appointment was 30 mins over stated time and then was told I had to pay extra for removal.

When I arrived at my booked time, a few people were waiting for their treatment. Annoying. We agreed that I would be back after 45 min. The pedicure was okay, but the polish was applied sloppily. Room looks nice, but it’s very full. Won’t recommend.
