I booked this hairdresser because I was looking for something that was close to my home and I was in a hurry.
I had pretty long hair and I asked for 5 cm shorter and a bit of layering, nothing tooo complicated.
The hairdresser told me 'let's see - I'll do my best' then I said ' let's do 5 centimetres shorter if it's not clear what I want and If you are not sure'
At the end they looked 'decent' but decidedly cut more than 7/10 cm and when I got home and after two days I washed my hair I noticed the disaster: really a non-harmonious cut, with a wrong layering.
A cut like that should cost € 20 not € 37 and especially if one is not able to make a haircut requested from the client I think is nice to be honest and just say that.

Teleurstellend bezoek, eerst 30 minuten moeten wachten en vervolgens geknipt op een manier die totaal niet naar wens is. De kapper nam eigen initiatief in plaats van naar mijn wensen te luisteren. Eindigend met een totaal ander kapsel dan ik had gehoopt.
