The staff wasn’t friendly, we booked the appointment via the app and when i went to the salon the lady started off pretty rudely and said “we asked your wife not to book for today” and then they asked me to wait for more than 20 mins. The cut was also not very nice. Tessa washed my hair and was nice, but the other lady who cut my hair was not very friendly and because we had a small argument she dint try to make up for it. Its not nice to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable and thats how i felt.
