Livia is a true professional, she is very much dedicated to her job and she really cares about customer satisfaction, reason why she wants to have a introductory chat to learn about your hair and make sure she meets your wishes. On top of it she is really friendly and creates a great environment, prospace is also a great location!

Livia is really welcoming and professional. She asked several times if everything was ok and if I wanted anything to drink. The products she used for the hair color are of a great quality. I usually get rushes afterwards, but this time I had no complaint. I highly recommend her.
