It wasn’t a bad hair cut but it wasn’t great either. I wasn’t satisfied and went to get another haircut somewhere else just 2 weeks later. Keep in mind that Livia will not redo the haircut if you’re not satisfied, which in my opinion is (or should be) basic customer service. She will redo the haircut only if she made what she calls a “mistake”, but I didn’t feel like arguing about the definition of a mistake in a haircut so I just decided this place wasn’t for me.
