Kim heeft passie voor haar vak. Zij is de eerste die echt meedenkt met een gezonde huid en aandacht heeft voor eventuele problematiek zoals ingegroeide haren. De eerste waxer die echt aandacht voor je heeft. De hygiëne is daarbij ook op en top.

Destroyed my nails. They used the nail drill irresponsibly & caused SEVERE damage to my nails. This is especially disappointing because I booked a BIAB to keep my nails healthy. My nails ached badly & the pain grew so intense it woke me up in the night and I had to take paracetamol. I didn’t dare return to L’Oriental to have it removed. I went to another salon for help and it was there that I discovered it wasn’t even a BIAB!! It was a hard gel. So they lied on top of botching the manicure!
