Today I went for a haircut after making an appointment for €19.95 men's haircut. I was shocked when I got a bill of €39.95 after the haircut, with an explanation that "the sides are €20 and the top is additional €20". I found it very unprofessional with a lack of transparency, as this was not mentioned or described while booking the service. I am very disappointed with the service, and I feel cheated. I would advise everyone considering to have a haircut at this salon to proceed with caution.

Wat ben ik blij met mijn haar! Ik heb highlights laten zetten en het is mooier geworden dan ik had verwacht. Normaal zie ik niet zo veel verschil, maar nu zie ik zo een goed verschil en terwijl het nog steeds heel natuurlijk eruit ziet. De blonde kleur is precies zoals ik wilde en mijn haar voelt nog steeds gezond gelukkig. De kapster luistert echt naar je wensen, super blij met het resultaat

Voor de tweede keer nu bij Sanne en wederom erg blij met het resultaat! Goed en oprecht advies gekregen wat wel en niet te doen, en mijn haartjes zien er weer zo mooi uit!
