- service I booked not offered anymore (gel extensions), no apologies instead arrogant behavior towards me, - price I paid at the end differed from what I booked (no reasable explanation), - person doing my nails didnt speak English and wasn’t eager to communicate different way so the end result was different from what I expected (ashamed to show to anybody how my nails looked like), - some of the girls lacking basic manners (laughing and commenting on you in their own language) I gave this place several chances but I am not willing to pay even 1 euro more because every time I leave this place I just feel angry and ripped off. There are other WAY better places in this city.
