Sorry not too happy about the service. Made an appointment and it ended up taking 1 hrs 45 min to get a new set of nails. Instead of an hour and 15 min. I was helped by someone who was obviously still learning and she struggled and I had to ask for two new tips because there was too much air underneath. Finally when I had my new set, the nails where not shaped properly. Bit disappointed about my appointment in this salon.

The quality of the work is good but the service is not always as good. it is not the first time I've been in this store, I keep going because they really know the business but for example I had an appointment, arrived on time, had to wait for the girl that was supposed to do my manicure to finish her nails before she started mine, while someone else that didn't have an appointment showed up and started a manicure right away. Overall a good place but just feel they need to be more attentive, not everybody is free all day.

De medische pedicure behandeling stelt niets voor (vrijwel alleen nagels knippen en vijlen). Toen ik vroeg of er nog wat extra eelt weggehaald kon worden, ging de pedicure zo fel aan de haal met de vijl dat ik na afloop schaafwonden (!) op m'n voetzolen had. Daarnaast werd de behandeling voortdurend onderbroken doordat ze de telefoon op moest nemen. Ik kom hier dus nooit meer terug.

Ontzettend aardige eigenaresse en medewerksters. Er wordt keihard gewerkt door iedereen, soms moet je wel even wachten, maar ze doen hun uiterste best om het iedereen naar de zin te maken. Goede adviezen voor zwakke nagels, heerlijke pedicure en ontelbaar veel kleuren nagellak!
