As always high quality result and superb hygiene - I get my nails done with biap for several months now and enjoy the long lasting result, very clean and detailed work and friendly / relaxing atmosphere a lot

Normally very good experience, but totally disappointing this time. Apparently something has changed in the treatments overview/time needed, which was not showing in Treatwell. I have just booked the same treatment by clicking “book again”, but when there learned that 1 hour is no longer sufficient and I had to book different treatment which would include the removal of gel from the nails. As a result only the current gel was removed, nail shortened but no new color was applied.
