Sorry to leave a bad review. I explicitly stated at the beginning (when I got asked what I want) that I do not want to lose length because I am growing out. I just wanted to get rid of the bulkiness around the ear side and trim the tips of my hair. It started good, but then Martijn kept cutting and cutting and cutting... Even with clippers. I left with almost half of my hair chopped off. He also rushed at the end because someone else was waiting for him. That is not nice.
