Dear Hair, I'm sorry I had to cut you short once again, but you have a nasty habit of making a mess of things up there. Fortunately there is Kelly at Martin's who always know how to straighten you out! Every seven weeks I look her up so she can skilfully master your misconduct on the top of my head, as she has been doing so for the last ten years. Luckily at Martin's I forget all about the utter confusion you bring, dear hair; coffee, good ambience and Kelly always make me leave with a smile.
