Basically, I didn't get any service that i booked. They asked me to change the booking time and i did. Then I went there at the right time but could not find the hair salon so i contacted them even though i was in the right place according to the address. But no one answered. I don't know if there is wrong with the address. I was there and it did not look like a hair salon but a house. I rang the doorbell and no one turned up. I called them several times and no one picked up the phone. So i had to wait for 20 min in the freezing weather and then left.

Super service en een prettige maar ook gezellige ervaring. Medina is echt een toppertje. Ze deed wat ik vroeg en kwam zelfs ook met nieuwe ideeën. Ik heb mijn kapster gevonden!

The stylist really knows what she's doing with hair, and is quite detail oriented. Very happy with my crochet braids!
