Had a great Deep Tissue Massage from Sofía, which was a perfect mix of relaxing but also some intensity. Felt very calm after and it helped with my muscle pain and stiffness.
Would definitely recommend!

Damian is a really skilled massage therapist. He is present and aware during the massage and checks in regularly if the pressure is right and remembers to keep breathing in a slow and calming manner. Best massage in Amsterdam for sure!!

Sofia was incredible! She and I spoke before my massage and her general aura is so calming. She had me focus on my breathing during the massage which I had never really done before, but it was so helpful. I did fall asleep towards the end of the massage, but I think that speaks to how relaxed she made me feel! One of my top 5 massages of all time! 10/10 recommend. Two of my friends also had massages on the same day and had great things to say about their massage with Sofia as well!
