I went to get highlights done, and we agreed on the desired outcome; however, it was not respected. Additionally, he did not address my roots, and when I pointed this out, he said, "Sorry, babe, you can come back for it." Who wants to leave the hairdresser after paying 265 euros and walk out with grey hair?
