I had a horrible experience! Noortje's attitude is very blunt and unfriendly, and she was so rough with my hair that my scalp hurt afterward. I explained to her what I wanted in a lot of detail and she ended up doing the exact opposite... I was shocked. I also have a splotch of bleach on the side of my head. I kindly asked for a refund later in the day and they responded very rudely and declined. I now have to pay extra to get my hair fixed. Their online photos are nothing like their results.
