I recently booked an appointment for a toner, as I have done in the past, with the request for a darker brown tone. I even showed the hairdresser a reference photo of brown hair with a subtle purple undertone, which I assumed would guide the result. However, I left the salon with completely purple hair, far from what I had expected – almost cartoon-like. Not only was my hair completely different from what I had requested, but I was also charged more than double the usual price.

Great salon and employees, everyone was super knowledgable and nice. The only thing I would do better is make sure that they understand what kind of cut I need to ensure that the right amount of time is allocated (I had too much time and was left waiting between cut and color)

Was not happy with the cut as I had asked for something else and received a completely different haircut even though I had a reference picture for him. Instead of choppy lengths I got feathered layers which made my hair poofy. My lengths were not even and overall I was just really surprised how way off the final cut was to what I wanted. The only saving grace was that the salon was more than happy to fix the issue and set me up with Isa the next day to salvage the cut.
