‘Vroeger’ knipte topstylistes Mariska en Rosa mij. Ik boekte, net als nu, ‘Wash, cut, dry’ en kreeg altijd een top ‘Wash, cut, dry’. De afgelopen keer bij andere topstyliste na uur wachten matig geknipt, haren niet gewassen want ‘knippen duurde al 45min.’ zei ze. Keer daarvoor wel gewassen maar kreeg toeslag van 20,- voor dik haar? Keer daarvoor weer niet gewassen en na aangeven kreeg ik 10,- korting?? Ik wil geen korting, ik wil ‘Wash, cut, dry🤣’. Ik ervaar dat kwaliteit&service minder is.

I’m disappointed, I paid 78 euros for a haircut that I ended up not really being happy with. The hairdresser didn’t really check up in the end if I liked it. I came back and asked if they could change it, which they asked me to pay an extra 29 for. This was my first time and although everything and everyone was lovely and the place is nice, I won’t be coming again.

Very Knowledgable and helpful staff but there were some improvement points on the decoration. I had to wait a lot to be attended and my appointment felt rushed.

I had the best haircut of my life! I went in for a big change and couldn’t have chosen a better hairstylist. Gilino was incredibly kind and took the time to understand what I wanted, even suggesting ideas that suited me even better, drawing from his extensive experience. When I went out with friends last night, three of them loved the cut so much they asked for his number. Highly recommend!
