This was my first visit to Mogeen and I was extremely disappointed. I was 10mins late due to work. When I arrived at the salon, Isabelle was stood behind the reception desk looking annoyed. When I gave my name she was very unwelcoming and said yes I have been wondering where you are.. she then went on to tell me that she would not have time to wash my hair. I understand the situation but it was her attitude that made me feel uncomfortable. She cut my hair ok but not with much care..

Isabelle is goed! Bij mijn masker behandeling is het goed om te melden hoe lang het duurt en 1 keer komen kijken of ik er goed bij ligt met mijn hoofd want een half uur liggen met je hoofd in de wasbak is onaangenaam.
Bij de kassa staan veel artikelen je ziet de mensen niet.
Ik heb wel een familielid geadviseerd om een afspraak te maken bij Isabelle.
