It was hard to choose one word among the ones offered to qualify Gilino: he is friendly, reassuring, efficient and extremely talented. The haircut that came out is great and I will adopt it for a while. Also he did not try to sell a myriad products, he was very direct about what I needed when I asked. He has got a new costumer.

Isa listened to what I was looking for, and thoroughly explained her thoughts and process for my haircut. I am growing out my short style, and I knew I was in great hands as soon as I sat down, and Isa took her time considering how she would tackle our appointment. She was so welcoming and kind, taking her time to show me how to style and what products to use for my haircut. I look forward to seeing her again.
