Made a last minute booking with James to help for an intense back pain I was experiencing. He prioritized understanding where my pain was coming from and was communicative throughout on how he was targeting the pain. He also provided exercises to do at home which were a great help. It was an excellent experience and helped my back immensely!

Didn't think that a massage may have such an effect. Couple of hours after I had a feeling that I am lighter for a few kilo and also much more clear in the head.
