Ruta is the best manicurist in Amsterdam! Actually, in my experience, she is one of the best in the world. I've had manicures for 20+ years and recently nail art for the last 3 years, and she is by far the best I've seen! She is the only person I trust now to do my nails. Her experience, skills, kindness, and talent is like no other. Highly recommend Ruta!
