I have been in several nail salons in my lifetime, but I have never met someone who's more unprofessional and rude than Elaine. I booked an appointment with her and she completely forgot to make the appointment and then she booked someone else on my slot. When I told her that her behaviour was unprofessional, she told me I overreacted and that she has forgotten appointments from other customers too, but they didn't have a problem. WOW! What a terrible justification from a terrible professional!
