I had a wonderful experience! She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. My nails look amazing, and the whole process was so relaxing. She really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect, and her attention to detail is impressive. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great manicure and pedicure!

My appointment was cancelled while I was already at the salon, which is very inconvenient. I understand that things can happen, but I would really appreciate if my appointment is cancelled before I arrive. Even if it is 30 minutes before, I would understand. Disappointing, because I was very happy with the quality of work previous time.
