The space is not very clean. The tools used for my soak off still had cotton pads from the previous soak off and we’re not cleaned before they were put on my. My tips were not properly soaked off so some of my nails are thicker than others. My nail tech was very nice and very willing to make adjustments but did not have the attention to detail required.
