De behandeling was goed en professioneel. Helaas was het moeilijk communiceren door de taal barrière, maar in principe maakte dat niet veel uit. Ik vond het wel vervelend dat mijn behandeling bijna een half uur na de afgesproken tijd startte. Hierdoor moest ik ook vragen om het sneller af te ronden.

I paid 140 euros for manicure and pedicure with gellak and the removal of what was left before. And now im crying. The lady who did my nails was so rude and not listening to what i wanted. She did my manicure all dry and didnt wet and prepared my hand, so i have like alot of skins left on my nails and they are not removed. She did the color from way inside my nails its like i colored my nails already 2 weeks ago. There is a 4 mm empty under each of my nails . My nails are not really ugly now.
