Yo Yo was nice & friendly, but she didn't explain in advance what product she use for my face & she didn't ask if i have allergic or not. I didn't ask her after the facial bc I had an appointment. Next time better ask!

The atmosphere was so nice and calm. Yo Yo who did the pedicure for me was also seems friendly. but this was my first experience the therapist cut my toes till they're bleeding, is it normal? I never have like this with any therapist before.
