I had an excellent experience at this hair salon! I absolutely love my new haircut. The salon had a cozy atmosphere that made me feel comfortable right away, and the attention I received from the staff was truly exceptional. I had a lovely experience with Loubna. She listened carefully to my wishes. I wanted a complete change in colour and more layers and movement in my cut. Both of this Loubna achieved. In the meantime, we also had a lovely chat in English and French. At other hairdressers, I've sometimes been frustrated because they would not really change much to my haircut but even though I always ask for layers and movement. With Loubna, this is different. She really did a cut, and I very much appreciate it
