I got scolded for being 3 minutes late(to my half an hour reservation,bikini+armpits), I was late because of a train delay, which I immediately mentioned upon arrival and apologised.
The blonde lady rudely said that because of me beige late, she won't have time to do armpits, only bikini.
The procedure went in complete silence. We finished with bikini 10 minutes before the end of my booking, yet she still didn't do my armpits.
Been a client here for years, but don't want to be back ever.
