Nova is een vriendelijke dame met humor. Ze was heel meedenkend. Het is voor mij 3-4 sterren, omdat het best wel gehaast ging, binnen een halfuur stond ik weer buiten, terwijl de behandeling rond een uur zou moeten duren. Als ik zo’n bedrag betaal verwacht ik dat er voldoende tijd voor mij wordt genomen.
